We are always sypathetic to patients who, through no fault of their own, have to change appointments and we are as flexible as possible. A fee is charged for appointments that are missed without 24 hours notice, because this time could have been used to help another patient.

Emergency treatment
For problems within working hours we shall endevour to deal with the problem within 24 hours.
All of our registered patients have access to a 7 day cover emergency service. Outside of normal working hours you can use our emergency number for advice and treatment.

Your first visit.

On your first visit we need to gather information about you, this will help create treatment plans specific to your needs.

This will include:

• Examination of your teeeth and gums.
• Check your bite pattern and chewing pattern.
• Reviewing and updating your medical history.
• Treatment planning.
• Evaluate possible cosmetic improvements of your smile.
• Listening to your concerns, worries, and needs.
